Why we’re different
Sometimes, lenders add confusing and opaque fees to the interest that they charge (eg exit fees set as a percentage of the total gross development value of a development). We will always make our charges clear and easy to understand.
Clear, honest decision-making
Some lenders go out of their way to nd reasons to increase the interest rate or reduce the amount they will lend after their customers have already paid legal and valuation fees and have few alternatives left. We will always honour the terms we initially proposed so long as the information in the application turns out to be correct.
No restrictions on location
Unlike lenders who will only lend in speci c locations, we will consider applications from anywhere in England and Wales. Our founder, Jamie Bleakley, has experience across England and Wales, both as a lender and in one of the UK’s largest property management companies, and a broad network of trusted valuers and agents whose local knowledge we can draw on.
We understand how important it is for our customers to nd out as quickly as possible whether or not we are able to fund their loans. Once terms have been agreed, our legal team are experts in bridging loans and fully aware of the need to move quickly.
